HAKI TOWERS

About Haki Towers

HAKI stair towers are world-renowned four-leg access towers incorporating landings, stair flights, and handrails, with exits available on the left-hand side, right-hand side, the end, or any combination of all three. Manufactured from strong, lightweight components, HAKI stair towers can be erected and dismantled quickly, with minimal use of tools.

Using a Stair Tower

HAKI stair towers provide one of the safest and quickest methods of access and egress to work areas at height. They enable efficient movement of personnel to and from the workplace, often saving valuable time throughout the working day. As a result, stair towers are widely recognised as the preferred access solution within industry guidance, including the Working at Height Regulations and NASC SG25.

Example Uses for a HAKI Stair Tower

  • Access to and from all types of scaffolding

  • Safe access to and from workplaces at height

  • Access to and from roof areas

  • Entry to confined spaces such as tanks or empty pools

  • Temporary access up and over obstacles such as walls or streams

  • Safe access into excavations or trenches

  • A safer alternative to ladders

  • Access for isolated or localised work, testing, or repairs (e.g. antennas)

  • Temporary viewing or observation platforms

Who Uses a HAKI Stair Tower?

HAKI stair towers are widely used by scaffolding contractors, safety netting and roof edge protection specialists, permanent roof safety line installers, and general construction workers. They are suitable for anyone who needs safe and efficient access to work at height across a wide range of tasks and environments.

    Safety

All HAKI stair towers must be erected on suitable foundations and securely anchored to ensure stability. Stair flights and landings are fitted with appropriate guardrails, handrails, and toe boards to provide collective fall protection. By following the relevant stair tower user guidance, erection, alteration, use, and dismantling can be carried out safely and efficiently, helping to maintain productivity while maximising safety. At SK SAFETY SYSTEMS, ensuring the highest level of protection for work at height is always our top priority.
